You agree to use Pulse only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
• Interfering with the performance or integrity of the Service.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• Engaging in automated scraping or data extraction without prior written consent.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By providing content, you grant Pulse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to share this content and that it does not violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

Pulse may integrate with or provide links to third-party services (such as calendar providers or external databases). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pulse at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or our business interests. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Pulse after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for the purpose of litigating any such claims.
